I just received this item and am disappointed. What I received does not require heating or kneading to flow from the container, and it doesn't harden later. This is not suitable for icing cookies unless you plan to store and serve them always in a single layer - as if they were frosted rather than iced. Maybe this is a manufacturing problem that has only affected certain batches?

The icing is too thin and runny right in the package. No way to use it to write or even simply ice. From now on, I'll go back to making my own and using a small round tip for writing!
