My wife likes to make fondant cakes for the kids birthdays and she always uses Satin Ice fondant. She says that it is easy to work with and also tastes good. I have not been able to find this in grocery stores so I always buy it from amazon (larks candy).This fondant seems to develop smal cracks after a day or two. I dont know how it compares to other fondants though since we have only tried a few differnet kinds.
