This is a wonderfully great time saver; not to mention that it's the cheapest on line PLUS the fact that there's no shipping costs. My recommendation is that you beat in some milk or half and half a little at a time. It makes for easy spreading and it becomes fluffier.

This icing is amazing!! When I first opened it I was a bit worried because it did look clumpy and maybe like it was just going to be a big mess. But I put it into a mixer, added my coloring and it whipped up beautifully!! It was a great price, saved me loads of time and tastes great!! We used it on my daughter's birthday cake and my kids loved it!! It actually tastes like what you would purchase from a bakery! Definitely a must buy if you're looking for a good buttercream icing!
